About

Nearly two decades focused on how power and bias get built into new technology, innovation, and workplace culture, first in the research, a PhD in equitable technology and innovation, then in the rooms where these systems actually get designed.

That work became Feminuity. Over the past ten years, the firm has helped more than 200 organizations across 20 countries, from startups through Fortune 500s and from Google to grassroots movements, build equity into how they hire, design, and operate.

The question underneath all of it: who is it built for, and who pays when the answer is "not everyone."

Named three times to Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women, she's now focused on women, AI, and who gets to shape what comes next.
